Our Sports Conditioning and Strength Classes are great as either a Supplemental Class to any of our Martial Arts Classes as well as a stand alone Course Program for speed, endurance, balance and coordination enhancement. This is logical choice for those that always wanted a personal trainer for fitness and sports performance but could not afford the personal trainer fees.
